• There is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.

• Additional fees include 6% VA sales tax + 9% property service charge.

• Smoking of any kind (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is not allowed anywhere in or about the property.

• Pets are not allowed inside the unit. A $250 fee will be assessed per violation.

• There shall be no other persons staying on the premises other than the person(s) listed in the booking.

• Parties and group gatherings of any kind are not permitted in or about the property.

• All guests must comply with all provided parking instructions, all publicly posted parking signs and policies, and any other applicable parking laws.  Dulce Vida Suites LLC is not responsible for your or your guests' non-compliance with such instructions, signs, policies, or laws.
